Maho Warranty and Returns Policies.
Our policy here is simply to deliver a better product and better customer service for the lifetime of our product than anyone else. If you don’t like something, email us at email@example.com and we will find a way to solve it.
Our One-Year Warranty
If your Mahos are damaged due to a defect in material or a problem with workmanship* within one year of purchase, we will repair or replace them free of charge. Just email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will arrange for their return. Once returned, please allow 2-3 weeks after we receive your shades to fix them and mail them back.
*Examples of repairs that we cannot honor under our one-year warranty include but are not limited to: scratched lenses, Mahos run over by a car, lost Mahos, Mahos that have been stepped on or sat on and crushed, or Mahos dropped into a fire. You get the idea. If it’s really bad, email us a picture, and we’ll see what we can do.
Our Lifetime Warranty
We stand by our product as long as you, as the original purchaser, have it. If your Mahos are ever damaged for any reason (such as sitting on them, crushing them, scratching the lenses, getting punched in the face on a golf course by a game show celebrity, etc.) we will replace them for a flat fee of $40.00. We offer free returns within 14 days of purchase on all non-discounted, non-custom/RX items bought on our website for domestic US customers. We cover the cost of shipping both ways. All items must be returned in all original packaging in pristine, resellable condition, which we judge in our sole discretion. Please visit our Return Center to begin the return process. All international sales and custom/RX orders are final sale (although the third party lab we use will work with you to ensure a proper RX fit).
We offer free exchanges within 14 days of purchase on all non-custom/RX items bought on our website for domestic US customers. If an item is purchased for a discount of 40% or more, it is considered final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. We cover the cost of shipping both ways. All items must be returned in all original packaging in pristine, resellable condition, which we judge in our sole discretion. Please email email@example.com with an exchange request to begin the exchange process. Unlike returns, exchanges are permitted on discounted items.
We offer free shipping within the US. Shades shipped internationally will incur a $40 shipping fee.
